Report a Maintenance Problem

Gas leaks If you smell gas inside or outside your home, you should immediately phone UK National Grid on 0800 111 999 at any time, day or night.

Locked Out/Lost Keys If you lock yourself out of your property or lose your keys during the times that the office is closed, you will need to call a locksmith. Please have a new set cut for us and arrange to drop them into the office.
Any repair will be carried out promptly, but at times priority will have to be given to those jobs that are most urgent.
